Adult Water Exercise

Get moving with aerobic routines and stretching exercises done to music at varied intensity according to your ability. This class is for the swimmer and non-swimmer. Weights and noodles will be used. 

Aqua Swim Lessons

Are you looking to learn the basics and enjoy swimming? We will work on a variety of swim strokes and other important aspects of swimming to get you feeling comfortable in the water!

Deep Water Explosion

Participants will be in the deep end of the pool with flotation belts to stay afloat during a variety of strengthening. toning and cardiovascular exercises. This workout is for all levels of fitness and is low impact on your joints. 

Aqua Zumba

Come join us in an entertaining mix of water aerobics and dance moves. Use of Latin music and other rhythms for a fifty minute "POOL PARTY!"
