Summer Registration 2020 Update:

The WAWM RCS Department would like to take this opportunity to update you on our upcoming Summer Registration. WAWM RCS summer planning has been underway since early January. Our original plan was to begin resident registration on Monday, April 6th. COVID-19 and the Governors “Safer at Home” order closing non-essential work has forced us to reassess and re-evaluate how to proceed with summer registration and programming.  

We remain hopeful and optimistic that we will be back up and running programs this summer and want to make sure our planning continues and positions us to best meet the needs of our community and customers. The health and well-being of our participants, customers, and staff remain our top priority.

Our administrative team has made the decision to conduct online registration beginning at 8am on Monday, April 13th for WA-WM residents only. At this time we are not able to accept registration via US mail, over the phone, or through the dropbox. Registration will be ONLINE ONLY. Delaying the start of registration by one week will allow time and opportunity for residents to create an online account or ensure that their account is active and all information is complete. Non-resident online registration only will begin at 8am on Monday, May 4th. 

At this time, our office is closed, but we have staff working remotely that you can call to answer questions, but due to security reasons, they cannot process registration over the phone. While our office is closed you may call these phone numbers until we are back in our office:

  • If your last name starts with A-L: Please call (414) 604-4943.
  • If your last name starts with M-Z: Please call (414) 604-4930.
  • You may also call us at (414) 604-4900 and leave us a voicemail.

If we do not answer, please leave a message and our staff will call you back as soon as possible. Also, please note that these phone numbers are only operational Monday-Friday from 8am-3pm while we are working remotely. 

You may still message us via Facebook or email us at outside of these hours. 

Plan Ahead To Make Sure You Are Ready to Register - Helpful Tips!

To review your household information online:

If you already have an account set up, please log in and click on “Update Account” under the quick link box. Please take a moment to review your account and make sure everyone listed in your household has their birthdate and grade (if school age). If this information is missing, it will give you an error message when registering for classes online. Please note, you will not be able to update this information yourself. Please email us at and include your name, household account number and the information that is missing and we will be able to update that for you! This is also a great time to review your primary email on file. 

If you forgot your username and/or password:

  • Go to 
  • Click on “My Account” or “Register.” This will lead you to the WAWM RCS Registration page. 
  • In the member login box, click on “Forgot your Password.”
  • Enter your email address.
  • You will receive an email with your login information. 

If you are a first-time account user:

  • Click on “My Account” or “Register.” This will lead you to the WAWM RCS Registration Page. Then click on “Need an Account”
  • Fill out all required information fields under the “Household Primary Person Information.”
  • To add additional family members, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Add New Member.” If you only put primary information before saving, all additional family members must be added by our office, so please be sure to add all your family members to your account before saving.
  • Once complete and submitted, we will send your login after your account information is reviewed and approved. Account approvals are only done during office hours and can take up to 1 business day once submitted. 

What to do if the class you want is full?

When registering online, please keep in mind that some of our classes do fill up quickly. If you see “waitlist” next to the class you would like to enroll in, this means the class is currently full. We ask you to add yourself to the waitlist. This is the only way for us to know if there is enough interest to consider adding additional courses or sections. You do not have to pay for the class when adding yourself to the waitlist. If an opening becomes available, we will contact you and you can register and make payment at that time.
