BE A VOLUNTEER COACH

Quality coaching is the backbone of any successful youth sports program. Each team will need 2-3 volunteers to help run practice drills and keep games running smoothly. WAWM RCS staff will be onsite to provide assistance and support during all practices and games. Coaches will receive a season guide complete with weekly practice plans. A preseason coaching clinic will introduce coaches to what skills should be taught and demonstrations of how to teach each skill.

TO BE A COACH:

  1. During registration, answer YES to the prompted question, would you like to coach.
  2. Complete the background check sent to your provided email.
