Free agents are individuals who have not been able to form a team of their own but are looking to participate in our Adult Sports Leagues. On occasion there are teams that are a player or two short, or there are individuals looking to join a team.   That's where our Free Agent program comes in! If you are an individual looking for a team, contact Amanda Schwichtenberg at 414-604-4963 to register as a Free Agent. Your Free Agent contact information may be provided to teams that request it and it will also be made available at the manager’s meeting prior to the season. Joining the Free Agent List does not guarantee placement on a team.

INDOOR SPORTS: In the event of severe weather conditions, officials and team managers are urged to listen closely to the radio/TV stations. Announcements may not specifically mention the Adult Sports Program, but may state “Activities of the West Allis-West Milwaukee Recreation Department have been cancelled” or something to that effect.

SCHOOL DAY CANCELLATIONS: If weather conditions cause West Allis-West Milwaukee School District to close or dismiss early, recreation programs will be cancelled as well. Participants and Managers may also call the Weather Cancellation line at 414-604-4900, option #2 after 4pm or their playing location listed on your schedules after 5:30pm for cancellations.

OUTDOOR SPORTS: In the event of inclement weather, call the Weather Cancellation line at 414-604-4900, option #2 after 4pm or their playing location listed on your schedules after 5:30pm for cancellations. If in doubt, officials should report and managers are urged to have at least the minimum number of players appear to avoid the possibility of a forfeit. Managers should pass this information on to their players.
