This video shows crews are focused on finishing up the roofing details, ensuring the structure is sealed and weather-tight from the top down. At the same time, we’re applying the exterior vapor barrier spray-an important step in protecting the building from moisture and improving overall energy efficiency.

Each phase brings us closer to creating a safe, functional and welcoming space for our community, and we can’t wait to share more updates with you soon!

The Activity & Fitness Center continues to take shape! All exterior and interior walls are in place and window framing is being added. Exterior walls are being prepped for metal trusses to be added. WOW!

Exterior and interior masonry walls are rising and the new addition is truly taking shape! Despite a few rainy days, construction remains right on schedule. You can now start to see the defined footprint of the Fitness Center including the personal training room and connecting hallway - exciting progress is happening!

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE!
The CG Schmidt team at the Activity & Fitness Center have begun pouring the foundation for the Fitness Center. They are working on the footings and the frost walls as seen here in this timelapse. How cool is that?!

Another Construction Update!
The team over at the Activity & Fitness Center are working hard as they are still excavating, setting forms for the footings and frost walls, pouring the footings and frost walls along with back filling. CG Schmidt is just amazing!

Foundation and frost walls continue to be formed and poured over at the Activity & Fitness Center. The construction of the firewall between the existing building and the new Fitness Center is almost complete! Thanks to CG Schmidt for all their work on this project. It's looking great!
