It's Time to Celebrate!

The West Allis-West Milwaukee Recreation & Community Services Department is hosting birthday packages to celebrate your child's special day. We offer a variety of birthday packages that include a birthday host/hostess, decorations and goodie bags for the guest of honor and their guests.

Birthday Parties are 2 hours long and planned for 10 guests, including the guest of honor. Additional guests can be added for $10 per child. Parties can be held on Friday evenings, Saturdays, or Sundays at various locations, depending on the availability and package theme. Reservations must be received at least 2 weeks in advance with a completed Birthday Package Form. Forms are available below. Once the reservation is confirmed, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward the total cost of the package. The remaining balance will be due the Monday prior to the party.

Birthday Party Package Fee: $200 RES / $300 NR

Birthday Pool Party Package Fee: $300 RES / $450 NR

*Fees DO NOT include the cost for additional children.

Princess

Who doesn’t want to have a day of being royalty? Activities include games and crafts centered around being a princess for the day. Partygoers may pretend to be a princess/prince while playing musical chairs, finding the glass slipper and more fun games. While taking a break from the games, the princesses/princes will create craft projects centered around princesses.

Rockin' Party

Add excitement and adventure to your party by climbing our traverse rock wall and playing a variety of team games. This package includes a variety of traverse rock wall games such as Simon Says, Steal the Bacon, Tag and more that can be played while climbing laterally on the wall. We will spend some time off the wall playing relay games including scooter races and more.
