Action Programs will return with the 2024-2025 School Year. AM Action and Action 330 Programs are held at all elementary schools.

Registration for AM Action & Action 330 for the 2024-2025 school year will open on Monday, July 15th at 8am.

AM ACTION - Elementary Before School Program

AM Action is centered around 3 main ideas: Fitness, Literacy and Fun. Our goal every morning is to provide each student with an experience that incorporates those 3 ideas into one program. AM Action will focus on keeping your child active through fun, physical activities along with the educational value of taking time each morning to improve literacy. *Breakfast times and procedures may vary depending on the school. Please contact your child’s school for breakfast details.

Program Hours: 7am-8:30am

*All students must arrive at the program by 8am.

Fees

AM Action program fees for the 2023-2024 school year is $328.

PAYMENT OPTION 1: You may pay for the year in full at the time of registration. This would secure your child's spot in the program for the year.

PAYMENT OPTION 2: You may elect to make 4 quarterly payments throughout the school year to cover the program fee of $328. This option provides you the flexibility to enroll for a quarter at a time, however, it does not guarantee a spot in the program for future quarters. Each payment will be $82 per child enrolled in the program.

Deadlines

First quarter payment deadline: Wednesday, August 30th (Deadline to start the First Day of School) by 5pm.
Second quarter payment deadline: Tuesday, November 7th by 5pm.
Third quarter payment deadline: Friday, January 19th by 4pm.
Fourth quarter payment deadline: Friday, April 5th by 4pm.

ACTION 330 - Elementary After School Program

The goal of Action 330 is to help children to learn and grow daily through structured play and activities in a fun, inclusive, caring and safe environment. We aim to accomplish this goal by offering a wide range of activities, games, social interaction and academics for each child. Every day is an opportunity for children to learn and grow and Action 330 is there to assist in that process. Students will be placed into groups by grade/age and will stay with that group each afternoon though rotations. We encourage all students to stay for the duration of Action 330 so that they are able to take part in all rotations. Daily snack will be provided.

Program Hours: 3:30pm-5:30pm

Fees

Action 330 program fees for the 2023-2024 school year is $436.

Important Information

Program capacity maximums are based on availability of staff and space.
Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in your child being unenrolled from the program.
Late payments (after the listed payment due dates) will result in a one day waiting period for your child to attend the program again.
Once a quarter begins, no refunds will be given.
It is recommended that you pay for quarters prior to the due date as programs typically fill.
Action programs are open to all school district residents including those students who attend a parochial school, private school, home school or public school outside of the district.

Look for an email from CampDoc with a link to your account to fill out emergency contact information. Forms MUST be completed before the start of the program. If you are a returning Action program participant, please be sure to verify the information on your CampDoc account is up to date and to check for new information for the new school year.

Why Are We Using CampDoc? It is always the effort of the WAWM RCS Department to improve the quality of our programming we provide to our families. This school year we have made the decision to work with a company called CampDoc. CampDoc is the leading electronic health record system for camps, designed by camp doctors, nurses, and directors. Their secure, easy-to-use web-based solution helps programs manage health forms, medication/allergies and health logging.
