WAWM Summer Camp - Mission Statement

Our mission is to give children heading into 5k through 5th grade, a safe, welcoming place to learn, play, and grow. Rooted in our West Allis - West Milwaukee Community, we offer camps that spark imagination and creativity, fosters friendships, and builds confidence through meaningful play all summer long!

Signing up for Camp:  If you are signing up for camps, you can do so by either paying for the weeks you need online, or paying a non-refundable $25 fee per child to hold your spot at the WAWM camp. If you pay the $25 fee to hold your child/children's spot, you do not need to pay for each week until the week before that camp starts. The deadline to pay will be on Thursday by 10am. You must call or come into the Recreation Center or Activity & Fitness Center to pay. Any payment after 10am Thursday, will be assessed a $10 late fee. If you are paying Friday or Saturday, the late fee will be $20. If we do not hear from you and we have not received payment, we do reserve the right to give your spot to the next person on the waitlist.

Why Are We Using CampDoc? It is always the effort of the WAWM RCS Department to improve the quality of our programming we provide to our families. This school year we have made the decision to work with a company called CampDoc. CampDoc is the leading electronic health record system for camps, designed by camp doctors, nurses, and directors. Their secure, easy-to-use web-based solution helps programs manage health forms, medication/allergies and health logging.

Summer Camps are offered for students who completed 4K-5th grade during the 2025-2026 school year.
